Custom Steezy Hat Rack

This one was extra special, fully custom for my guy Bo and his brand @Bosteezy.

When it comes to people close to me, I always try to build from the heart.

He’s got a serious hat collection, so a custom rack just made sense, something clean, functional, and personal.

I started by pulling a few ideas online, then grabbed a 1×6 and ripped it down the middle on the table saw.

After marking evenly spaced holes, I drilled 1″ holes every 3 inches, then used the jigsaw to cut slots so the hats slide in smooth.

Once everything was sanded down, it was time for paint.

Green’s one of his favorite colors, so I laid down a couple coats and let it cure.

While that dried, I jumped on the laptop to design some custom graphics to finish it off.

Simple, personal, and purposeful. The final rack holds about 12–14 hats, and honestly, it came out clean.
